Pursuant to the applicable data protection legislation, InMeria S.R.L., as Data Controller, provides this information notice regarding the processing of personal data of users who fill out the contact form available on the website www.inmeria.it.

No sensitive or special categories of personal data are requested or processed.

Personal data are collected for the following purposes:

  • Managing contact requests and communications sent via the website.
    Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

  • Website maintenance and security: technical support personnel may occasionally access data to resolve technical issues.
    Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller under Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Personal data are not used for marketing, profiling, or promotional purposes, and no newsletters are sent.

4. Methods of Processing

Data are processed using electronic and telematic tools in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to ensure the security and integrity of personal data.
No automated decision-making or profiling activities are carried out.

  • Internal personnel duly authorized by the Data Controller;

  • External service providers who manage technical and IT services for the website and hosting infrastructure (e.g. Serverplan S.r.l.), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR;

  • Consultants or other parties who assist the company in fulfilling legal obligations.

Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred outside the European Union.

Personal data collected through the contact form are retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless longer retention is required by law.

Data subjects may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the rights to:

  • access their personal data;

  • request rectification, updating, or deletion;

  • restrict or object to processing.
